These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of snowremovalnepa.com and any snow removal, plowing, salting, or ice control services provided by NEPA Snow Removal Pros (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By requesting a quote, signing a service agreement, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Services Provided
We provide residential and commercial snow removal, driveway plowing, parking lot clearing, sidewalk clearing, and salting/ice control services within our defined service area in Luzerne and Lackawanna County, Pennsylvania. Specific service details, pricing, and scheduling are set out in your individual service agreement or quote.
Scheduling and Weather Dependency
Snow removal services are inherently weather-dependent. While we make every reasonable effort to meet response-time targets described on this Site or in your service agreement, actual timing may be affected by storm severity, storm duration, equipment availability, and conditions beyond our reasonable control. We do not guarantee an exact arrival time for any individual visit unless specifically stated in a written service agreement.
Seasonal Contracts and Per-Visit Service
If you enter a seasonal contract, the terms of that contract, including pricing, included services, and cancellation terms, will be provided separately in writing and govern your specific agreement. Per-visit or one-time service requests are subject to availability and current pricing at the time of request.
Property Access and Preparation
You are responsible for:
- Providing safe and reasonable access to your property for our crew and equipment
- Removing vehicles, movable objects, and obstacles from driveways and lots before scheduled service when reasonably possible
- Notifying us in advance of any known hazards, fragile landscaping, irrigation systems, or unusual property features we should be aware of
Limitation of Liability
We take reasonable care to perform services safely and to avoid property damage. However, snow removal work carries inherent risk of incidental contact with unmarked or hidden property features (such as buried irrigation lines, unmarked landscaping edges, or damaged pavement) that are not reasonably identifiable at the time of service.
Payment Terms
Payment terms, including due dates and accepted payment methods, will be specified in your individual service agreement or invoice.
Cancellation
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
